General Information About the RDA Jobs:
- Filing cases by Rawalpindi Turkish Institute or pursuing cases and appeals filed against it in all Civil Courts High Court Services and Labor Tribunal etc.
- Advising Rawalpindi Development Agency in office matters
- Advising the organization in office matters Preparing and filing responses to outstanding cases from courts
- Do not assist legal advisors in court matters
- Any further instructions imposed by the Government from time to time shall also form part of these conditions
- The appointment period will be for two years and the monthly remuneration will be 50 thousand rupees
- The Government of Punjab shall have the right to terminate the contract of the Assistant Legal Adviser at any time on one month’s notice or by paying one month’s salary by intimation to the Rawalpindi Development Authority.
